      2010年9月，我怀着对教师生活的憧憬，踏入了教师队伍，成为了一位农村小学英语教师。因为学校教学的需要，我担任英语学科教师，我欣喜，因为我是专业对口，我迷茫，因为我没有教学经验。但是，我心中始终坚信，只要我努力学习，认真工作，我一定会有颇多的收获。

      转眼间，已过去了十个春夏秋冬。在这十年间，我认识到小学教师，尤其是农村的小学教师肩上的担子更重，不仅要重视学生的在校学习生活，更多时候还要关注学生的在家的学习生活，因为在农村很多的孩子都是留守儿童，还有一部分的孩子父母离异，所以很多的孩子回到家里基本上就没有在学习巩固老师教授的知识，久而久之，功课就会越落越多，最终恶性循环产生厌学情绪。英语教学过程中，要学生真正专心致志的听老师讲40分中对于他们来说是有一定的困难的。因为根据小学生的心理和生理特点来看，学生的注意力容易被外界的干扰所分散，而且自控力较为薄弱。因此，在三年级的教材中，有一些是关于颜色的单词，教师可以从颜色中选择一种颜色隐藏起来，让学生猜是哪一种颜色，这样的教学设计，充分调动了学生的积极性，活跃课堂气氛，使师生关系非常融洽。

        作为一名教师，首先做到心中有爱，不但要爱自己的事业，更要爱护孩子。真心的把孩子当成自己的朋友，我心去呵护。只有建立了和谐的师生关系，课堂气氛才和谐友好，才能让学生对学习产生兴趣，才能有利于学习。

    作为一名教师，要不断的更新的学习方法，要时刻把学生的注意力和兴趣牢牢抓在手中，这样我们的课堂才能够取得成功。虽然我在教学上有了一些经验，但是教学道路是漫长的，我还需要不断地学习、研究、探索出一套更好更高效的教学方法。
